Join us in a celebration of one of America's most important cinematic icons: from her rootsin guerilla filmmaking and collaborations with Roger Corman, to her leading role in America's Blaxploitation film movement becoming our first female action star, to her revival with Quentin Tarantino, to her glorious return to her horror roots.You don't want to miss this intimate conversation with a bonafide LEGEND as we celebrate the life and enduring legacy of Pam Grier- uncompromising, powerful, brilliant, and always, without fail, completely badass.
Our costume contest allows local and visiting cosplayers to showcase their craftsmanship skills and character portrayals. Local professional cosplayers will lead the team of judges to select the winners of a spirited competition that is inclusive of all skill levels. Participation in the contest is open to all convention attendees with your valid convention badge. Sign up at Colleen Cole's table in NIghtmare Alley by 4pm on Saturday. Trophies made by Unstable Culture 3D printing. While the judges are deliberating, kids are invited to join in a costume parade to show off their own creations and receive a goodie bag sponsored by Main Event, Anja Jaeger & Colleen Cole. Kids line-up outside Main Events at 6:30pm Saturday.

This multimedia class traces the origins, evolutions, and the cultural impacts of the genre and asks why we are so obsessed with the synthesis of ritual festivities and terror.
COFOH's own Smurf sits down with the filmmakers of the "Never Hike Alone" series and asks the BIG questions. Or the SMALL questions. Size of questions TBD, it'll be a fun time regardless.

Judging and awarding the tattooed finalists of the weekend participants will start at 4pm! ANY HORROR TATTOO has a chance at winning a prize! ps. It puts the lotion on the skin.
